A business development plan for Hermès to open a flagship location in Scottsdale, AZ. This was the capstone to Business of Luxury which focused on financial analysis. The class featured guest lecturer Ruggero Caterini, COO of Dolce & Gabbana.
Utilizing the Living Principles Sustainability Model, we analyzed Marriott International Inc. and discovered areas for innovation. Based on these insights we are developing further innovation for their product design focused on economic sustainability.
