A crash course to educate entreprenuerial teams launching a new company on Point of View statements. By the end of the workshop, the Tribe Ventures teams had a crisp POV statement, a better understanding of their target market, and benefitted from outside feedback.

A Crash Course on Point of View Statements

They were taught how to craft detailed, customer-centric point-of-view (POV) statements that pinpointed a clear target market, need, and insight. The teams then gave feedback and edited one another’s POV statements so they could iterate based on the feedback of others. Click to see the worksheet they worked through below.

Content of the Course

I led the Tribe Innovation team in developing our first ever crash course. Prior to the crash course we created a scoping document and timeline, then ideated and developed prototypes for our client to decide on a topic, and iteratively developed the course.
