ABOUT ME

I am a human-centered design researcher passionate about tackling abstract problems and building up a community of people to solve them with. Experienced in mixed-methods research, blending ethnographic approaches with quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights and drive impact.

Currently at Forrester I have the privilege of being at the forefront of research for B2C Executives and CX professionals. Helping our clients work through ambiguity by continuously centering consumer insights. I support research on customer obsession, data privacy, Agentic AI, CX, SEO, TV, CMO leadership, email marketing etc.
